It was so hard to choose which of the 2 pictures I liked best because I really love both of them. The bottom picture makes me feel like I am in the middle of traffic.
Try to concentrate on the effect light has on the objects... in other words, if you include the light, the surroundings may be dark, as in the top one. That's because you are including the light source in the shot.... The rain soaked street in the bottom one is a good example of what I'm trying to say. The reflections are the strongest part.
